Millwright (433A)
Hours: Rotating Continental Shift (Days & Nights)
Day Shift 6 AM - 6 PM & Night Shift 6 PM - 6 AM
The starting pay range for the role is $40.00 - $45.35 based on experience and qualifications. Plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities.
Join our Maintenance team as a Millwright and play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
What will YOU be doing as a Millwright?
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production, packaging, service, and utility equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and minor electrical issues to reduce downtime
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure safe, code-compliant maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains
- Participate in special projects and attend required training as assigned
- Work rotating continental shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
What YOU bring to the table
- Ontario/Interprovincial 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license (required)
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset (training available)
- Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP (training provided)
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills, including packaging equipment
- Refrigeration “B” license, boiler experience, and automation skills are considered assets
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the job
- Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers considered an asset
