Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper serving procedures to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and the food industry standards
