Role Overview
This is not a typical “coordinator” role.
As Marketing Coordinator, you are the execution engine and central operator of the marketing team. You ensure that nothing slips, timelines are met, and every campaign is delivered with clarity and consistency across the system.
You will work directly with the Marketing Manager to quarterback all marketing initiatives, allowing leadership to focus on strategy while you drive execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Initiative Management
- Own and maintain the master marketing calendar across all campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Track progress of all projects and ensure deadlines are met across the team
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving
Accountability & Execution
- Act as the central point of coordination for all marketing deliverables
- Chase down delays, identify bottlenecks, and escalate when necessary
- Ensure all campaign assets, timelines, and approvals are aligned
Franchisee Communication
- Communicate all marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and events to franchisees clearly and on time
- Ensure operators are fully equipped with the tools and information needed for execution
- Maintain consistency of messaging across the system
Meetings & Alignment
- Lead preparation and coordination of marketing meetings
- Take detailed, structured notes and track action items
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable post-meeting
Operational Support
- Support the Marketing Manager by handling executional and coordination tasks
- Bring structure, organization, and discipline to a fast-moving marketing environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in QSR and franchisor environments (mandatory)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable holding people accountable and pushing for deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Pay: $40,000.00-$69,000.00 per year
