We are currently seeking exceptional in-person English instructors to join our Richmond Hill and North York campuses.
Responsibilities
· Teach High School Academic English (Grades 9–12) with a strong focus on analytical reading and academic writing.
· Deliver Literature / Novel Studies, guiding students through close reading, thematic analysis, and advanced literary interpretation.
· Teach Creative Writing, helping students develop narrative craft, style, clarity, and originality.
· Prepare structured lesson plans, evaluate student progress, and provide targeted feedback to ensure measurable improvement.
· Maintain a professional, student-centred, results-driven teaching environment.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
· Proven experience teaching one or more of the following:High School English / Literature / Creative Writing.
· Strong command of academic writing, literary analysis, and standardized-test pedagogy.
· Ability to teach in person at either campus (Richmond Hill or North York).
· Excellent communication, classroom management, and student-engagement skills.
· Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve top results.
