Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with finishing carpentry work on apartment-style residential projects in Saskatoon and surrounding area (Martensville, Warman). The successful candidate will support finishing carpenters with preparation tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction supplies
- Distribute materials to all units (doors, jams, trim, etc.)
- Assist with installation of:
- Baseboards
- Interior doors
- Trim and moldings
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools
- Follow workplace safety procedures
- Support carpenters with general finishing tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous construction or carpentry experience is considered an asset
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation to job sites is required
