Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all rental properties are impeccably cleaned and maintained to provide guests with a welcoming and comfortable experience. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of hospitality. Prior experience in cleaning services, hotel operations, or custodial work is required. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our properties and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed to prepare properties for new guests.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to company standards.
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to cleaning checklists and quality standards to ensure consistency across all rentals.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with property owners and guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services or hotel housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple properties efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight turnaround schedules.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to multiple property locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on booking schedules.
