Tasks
- Lead the pharmacy team to expand the services we offer and provide exceptional patient care
- Oversee human resource activities including scheduling, training, motivating staff and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory of medication and supplies
- Ensure the dispensary complies with all provincial and federal pharmacy standards
- Manage overall financial goals to ensure long term success
- Collaborate with the front store to best serve our customers

Requirements
- Pharmacist license in Canada (minimum 1 year)
- Current drug injection license
- Experience with Kroll is an asset
- Previous experience with staff management is also an asset
- Flexibility in job hours
