Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with various manual tasks across our projects, supporting the overall operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled trades by preparing tools and materials as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during daily operations
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
