Assistant Manager
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and help lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
- Support sales goals and maintain excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing activities
- Handle POS transactions, cash management, and basic administrative tasks
- Recruit, train, and support team members
- Coordinate promotions and marketing activities
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain a safe, organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales, merchandising, and customer service practices
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Bilingual skills are an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,500.00-$82,500.00 per year
