LOOKING FOR: Professional Residential Cleaner
PAY: $25 per hour + TIPS AND BONUSES
LOCATION: Maple Ridge, Langley, and Coquitlam
SHIFT: Day time and afternoon Typically 9am - 6 pm
HOURS: Part-Time

Duties:
- Clean homes that families live in and air BnB rentals
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, dishes, bedding, refill soaps, wash laundry, baseboards, blinds & shutters, cobwebs, floors, etc.
- Work solo or with a partner cleaning jobs for each day.
- Clean & organize team supplies before and after shifts neatly.
- Work smart and efficiently to get the houses done for the day.
4 KEY PRINCIPLES:
- Mission: WOW the customer
- Accountability: if you're late you MUST notify management, if something breaks you must report it immediately with a photo, if you think the job is going to take longer than expected you must report it to management with photos
- Respect the system: Every cleaner must follow the checklist and send photos
- Culture of Communication: Questions are encouraged, silence is not
