“A willingness to learn is more important than already knowing everything.”

Basic comfort with computers and audio gear is helpful, but not required.
We are looking for people who can learn hands-on, follow instructions, stay organized, and improve over time.
Loading and Packing: “Tetris Skills” A major part of the job is packing and protecting equipment. Most of our equipment travels in road cases. Space is often limited, so gear must be packed safely, efficiently, and intelligently. Protecting the equipment is part of the job.
Technicians typically start at $20.00 per hour. DJ pay depends on experience, ability, and event responsibility, typically ranging from $30.00 to $50.00 per hour. DJs are responsible for their own setup and takedown. The more you learn, the more useful you become to the company, and the more opportunities you may have for work. This applies to both technicians and DJs.
