Crypto Escape Rooms is a real life room escape experience located in Newmarket, Ontario. We create multiple immersive rooms and themes that challenge players by testing their teamwork, problem solving and observational skills. We delight in providing exceptional player experiences and are looking for someone who shares our values!
In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Welcoming guests, answering the phone, managing bookings, processing payments, and answering emails
- Providing an enthusiastic introduction to games including explaining the rules, safety notes, and backstory
- Monitoring teams, giving hints as necessary, and resetting the experiences
- Ensuring the whole facility is kept clean and tidy
- Communicating with players before and after their experience to ensure they have the best possible experience!
Applicants should have:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
- Year-round availability
- Availability on weekday evenings, weekends and holidays
