Position Summary
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agents play a key role in shaping the guest experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a friendly and efficient check-in/check-out process, handling guest inquiries, inspiring adventure in the local area and ensuring every visitor feels valued from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using the property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative duties and daily front desk operations
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and booking systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
