Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Manage cash transactions using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
- Handle cashing out guests accurately and process payments efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, particularly as a bartender or server
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction
