PTW is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in Lloydminster, AB. This role supports branch operations through administrative coordination, accounting support, payroll processing, and project documentation management in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Manage a variety of branch and site-specific documentation, correspondence, and administrative requirements

Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Perform project and branch accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations, month-end processes, and general accounting support

Process timesheets, payroll updates, and related payroll issues daily

Prepare shipping, courier, and project-related documentation

Coordinate receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors

Maintain office organization, supplies, equipment, and overall branch administrative support

Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures

3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Basic knowledge of general accounting principles

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Previous experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas environments is considered an asset

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in Lloydminster, AB
