Customer Service and Office Administrator Duties:
- Answering customers’ inquiries by telephone or email
- Inside sales
- Quoting and processing orders for customers
- Scheduling drivers and transports
- Scheduling and preparing courier shipments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Able to learn customized software
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Filing and data entry
- Document management
- Preparing excel spreadsheets
- Faxing and emailing information

- Creating newsletters and blog postings
Requirements:
*Must have practical office experience for at least 3 years
*Must have previous office customer service experience
*Enjoy talking and selling to customers
*Proficient with Microsoft Office
*Post- secondary education preferred
*Must be accurate and attention to detail
*Able to lift 35 pounds or 16 kg
*Valid driver’s licence with clean abstract
*Able to pass a background check
*Marketing knowledge is desirable
*Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
