Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and positive Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. The assistant will support daily operations, coordinate client interactions, and help streamline property transactions to ensure a smooth experience for clients and agents alike.
Duties
- Manage and organize property listings, schedules, and appointments to ensure timely follow-up and efficient workflow
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media updates, property advertisements, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate property showings and negotiations
- Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions, contracts, and agreements
- Support property management tasks such as scheduling inspections, maintenance requests, and lease renewals
- Handle administrative responsibilities including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize negotiation skills to assist in offers and counteroffers to benefit clients effectively

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

- Proficiency in marketing strategies specific to real estate platforms and social media channels
