About Sonder Aesthetics
Sonder Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics and skincare clinic located in Cloverdale, BC. We specialize in laser hair removal, body contouring, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and corrective skincare.
We are looking for an ambitious, coachable, and motivated individual who wants to build real-world skills in sales, marketing, lead conversion, and the medical aesthetics industry.
No experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner and receive hands-on mentorship and training.
Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
- Respond to inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, website forms, text messages, and email
- Build trust with potential clients
- Ask questions to understand client concerns and goals
- Recommend consultations and treatments based on training provided
- Follow up with unbooked leads
- Re-engage previous inquiries and past clients
- Book consultations and appointments
Marketing Support
- Learn how Meta Ads Manager works
- Assist with ad monitoring and reporting
- Help identify trends and common client questions
- Assist with social media engagement and marketing initiatives
- Learn digital marketing strategies used to generate leads
Client Experience
- Represent the Sonder brand professionally
- Deliver a positive first impression to every potential client
- Help clients feel informed, supported, and confident
Ideal Candidate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable using social media
- Interested in sales, marketing, business, beauty, wellness, or skincare
