Inventory Movement & Quality Control
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare heavy materials and customer orders for secure transit.
- Material Verification: Check inbound shipments for physical damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Yard & Warehouse Organization: Ensure all materials and stock are properly stored, labeled, segregated, and secured in their designated indoor or outdoor locations.
- Stock Auditing: Partner with the team on quarterly cycle counts and annual physical inventory verifications.
Safety & Daily Maintenance
- Pre-Shift Inspections: Conduct daily safety checks on forklifts and material handling equipment, promptly logging and reporting any maintenance or defect concerns.
- Housekeeping: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and hazard-free environment across all warehouse and yard areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Shipping, Receiving, and Production teams to maintain a smooth, efficient flow of materials through the facility.
