Role Overview
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, attending events, and helping grow a trusted local brand. You will represent an Orthodontic office in the community, strengthen local partnerships, and support outreach and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with schools, local businesses, community groups, and referral partners
Represent Pure Orthodontics at events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities Identify new outreach and partnership opportunities
Follow up with leads and community contacts in a professional and timely manner
Help coordinate outreach campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives
Maintain organized records of outreach activity and contacts
Work with the internal team to support growth and brand awareness Qualifications
Experience in outreach, customer service, marketing, sales, or relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable networking and representing the brand in person
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
Canva and social media experience is an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Dental, orthodontic, or healthcare experience is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$53,451.82 per year
