Construction Labourer / Concrete Helper (No Experience Required)
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our growing concrete construction team. Experience is an asset, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and enjoy working outdoors, we are happy to provide training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing.
- Help with excavation, site preparation, and clean-up.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Learn proper construction techniques and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required.
