Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions to parking areas or designated spots
- Safely operate parking lot vehicles such as shuttles or carts when necessary
- Manage valet parking services, ensuring efficient and courteous handling of vehicles
- Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees using cashiering procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot environment, including signage and designated areas
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to coordinate parking operations
- Assist customers with questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in valet parking, driving, or customer service roles is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with dealership or retail driving is a plus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods during shifts
- Previous experience in dealership or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory
