Leasing Manager – Warehousing

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Leasing Manager – Warehousing to oversee leasing operations focused on our warehouse portfolio. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and supporting the growth and performance of our portfolio.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the industrial real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing leasing transactions for warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Identify and secure prospective tenants through networking, broker relationships, and business development efforts
- Conduct market analysis including rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitor research
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, expansions, and amendments with tenants and brokers
- Coordinate property tours, presentations, and tenant proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry partners
- Collaborate with property management, construction, and operations teams to support tenant requirements
- Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and occupancy analysis
- Ensure all lease documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements
- Monitor market opportunities and support acquisition or expansion initiatives
- Assist with budgeting and revenue planning for assigned properties
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial leasing experience
- Strong understanding of warehousing real estate
- Proven track record of negotiating commercial lease agreements
- Established relationships within the brokerage or industrial real estate community considered an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Strong financial and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate license or certification preferred (where applicable)
