We're looking for a full-time Reception & Hearing Assistant to join our Chilliwack clinic. This is a opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. We want someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in their work, and loves being part of a supportive team.
What your days will look like
No two days are exactly the same, and that's what keeps this role exciting. You'll be the friendly face that greets our clients, helps keep our clinic running smoothly, and supports both our hearing and optical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
- Booking appointments and helping keep our practitioners' schedules organized and productive
- Assisting with hearing aid cleanings, maintenance, and simple repairs (we'll train you)
- Supporting our optical team when needed by helping clients and keeping things running smoothly
- Processing payments and managing daily administrative tasks
- Handling insurance paperwork, invoices, and client records
- Coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and ready for every client

Schedule
This is a full-time position, and availability to work Saturdays is required as part of the regular schedule.
