Concrete Form Setter (2 Years Experience required)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters and Lead Hands to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality formwork for concrete structures. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, dedication to safety, and proven experience in the concrete formwork industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Set, align, and brace concrete forms for walls, slabs, footings, columns, and other structural elements
- Install and secure formwork hardware, rebar, and embeds according to project specifications and drawings
- Collaborate with foremen, finishers, and other crew members to ensure efficient and accurate pours
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in daily tool and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete formwork and form setting
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Southern Ontario
- Required PPE and Tools:
- Safety boots
- Rubber boots
- Hard hat
- Tool pouch with hammer and tape measure
- Commitment to safety and a positive team attitude
- Experience as a Lead Hand is considered a strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
