We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate who is passionate about health, movement, and helping others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values lifelong learning, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.
About the Role
You will play an important role in creating positive client experiences from answering the phones, booking appointments, answering questions and professionally fitting clients with footwear, over the coutner insoles and over the coutner bracing products.
The ideal candidate leads an active lifestyle, has a genuine interest in health and wellness, and enjoys helping people achieve their mobility and activity goals.
Responsibilities Retail & Client Support
- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Select appropriate footwear, foot care products, and accessories for clients.
- Process sales transactions and maintain retail displays.
- Support appointment scheduling and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
