The typical hiring range for this position is $20 to $20.50. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, internal equity, and organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Coaching

Supervise and support a high-performing front-end team, including Checkout Champions, Sampling Ambassadors, and Merchandising Champions
-
Lead with warmth, professionalism, and a hands-on approach

Provide daily coaching, encouragement, and performance feedback across roles
-
Support onboarding and ongoing training for all front-end team members
-
Foster a customer-first, team-positive culture rooted in accountability and support
-
Collaborate with store management to implement service and sales strategies
Customer Experience & Engagement
-
Greet every customer with authentic enthusiasm and gratitude
-
Resolve inquiries and concerns with empathy and quick thinking
-
Educate customers on loyalty programs, demos, promotions, and in-store events
-
Ensure the entire front end—from checkout to sampling—is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our brand values
Front-End Operations & Oversight
-
Manage all point-of-sale (POS) functions, ensuring accuracy and flow
-
Oversee cash handling, deposits, returns, exchanges, and customer issue resolution

Ensure front-end cleanliness, stock levels, signage, and product presentation
-
Coordinate with Sampling Ambassadors on demo schedules and execution

Partner with Merchandising Champions to ensure visual standards and product flow
Collaboration & Store Culture

Support store-wide initiatives, wellness events, and seasonal programs

Coordinate scheduling and break coverage for the front-end team
-
Model strong communication, inclusivity, and brand pride in all interactions

Be an active part of team huddles, meetings, and leadership discussions
Training & Compliance

Completion of required Lessonly training modules
-
Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives

Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
Other Duties

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing retail environment
-
Previous experience in a keyholder, cashier lead, or supervisory role is preferred
-
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a service-first mindset
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment

Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
-
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
