Job Overview
We are a growing residential cleaning company currently looking to add experienced subcontractor cleaners to our team. We are focused on providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services for residential homes throughout the towns listed above.
We are looking for cleaners who are professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in their work. This is an ideal opportunity for independent cleaners who already have experience and are looking to take on additional recurring clients.
While we are currently in the early stages of growth, we are actively building our client base and expect to have increasing work opportunities available.
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience required
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have valid cleaning/business liability insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Friendly and professional communication with clients
- Ability to pass a background check is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- General residential cleaning and housekeeping
- Dusting furniture, surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens, countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinet exteriors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, tubs, showers, toilets, and mirrors
- Making beds and tidying rooms
- Emptying garbage and replacing liners
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, and high-touch areas
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Reporting any issues or damages noticed during cleaning visits
- Following client preferences and cleaning instructions
