Job Description
About you and the role
Youʼre an experienced go-to-market professional with a track record of bringing brand strategy to life through product marketing and smart creative. You possess an analytical mind, passion for data and care about the creative. You thrive at the intersection of brand storytelling, cultural significance and business growth.
Reporting to the CEO, youʼll work closely with sales and operations across the small organization. Youʼll help evolve pipeline process, focus on data, lead integrated marketing campaigns and partner closely with individuals across the start-up to drive measurable business outcomes. Youʼll ensure our brand shows up consistently, beautifully and be able to track it well.
What youʼll do
- Evolve and maintain Hokusanʼs visual brand identity and design system, ensuring consistency across teams and the market
- Lead the marketing execution for campaigns, ads, web, social and events that support awareness, conversion, and pipeline growth
- Help improve marketing and sales workflows and processes for conversion and delivery
- Partner closely with Sales to grow and mature pipeline and customers within a CRM by reporting and analyzing data
- Focus on Product Marketing to elevate campaign performance through data and strong execution
- Create automated emails and other marketing assets for consistent messaging, touchpoints and communications that engage and grow customers
- Experiment with AI-powered creative workflows to increase speed, quality, and innovation
Youʼre a great candidate if...
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in product and B2B
- Strong portfolio showcasing go-to-market experience with measurableresults
- High standards for production value, ensuring creative output is polished, consistent and impactful
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales, stakeholders and others to deliver campaigns that support pipeline growth
- Curiosity and comfort with AI tools, CRMs and workflows, with a willingness to experiment and learn
- Proficiency with tools like Pipedrive, Shopify and other revenue tracking platforms
- Strong balance of vision and execution, while able to think creatively and focus on conversion
- Scrappy, self-starter who loves taking initiative to make an impact in a business thatʼs scaling up
- Knowledge of B2B and wholesale marketing is a nice-to-have
