Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

- Monitor production processes, and collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the production process promptly and effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet production demands.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Address any issues that arise during the production process promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.

- Familiarity with cGMP regulations is an asset.
