Assistant Manager – Job Requirements
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Front house Manager with daily restaurant operations

Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
-
close the restaurant, including cash handling and daily reportsl
-
Train new employees and support ongoing staff development
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor regulations, and food safety procedures
-
Help achieve sales, labour, and profitability targets
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Smart Serve Certification (required)

Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Legally eligible to work in Canada
