Retail Brand Ambassador, Outdoor Field Sales
Location: Barrie, Ontario
Pay: Guaranteed hourly pay starting from CA$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer focused Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our growing field sales team.
This is an active, customer facing sales position. You will work in high traffic retail locations, malls, events, and community activations throughout Barrie and surrounding areas. This is not a desk based or remote role.
As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading financial brands by proactively approaching customers, starting conversations, explaining financial products, and helping customers identify solutions that may fit their needs.
Most activations take place in an energetic, team based field sales environment. Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership support are provided.
This position offers guaranteed hourly pay starting from CA$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, working toward sales goals, and earning additional income based on performance.
Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
Needs Discovery: Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer interests, goals, and financial needs.
Product Education: Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility requirements, and rewards.
Value Communication: Demonstrate how available products may provide value and fit different customer lifestyles.
Sales Performance: Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Field Sales Execution: Work at assigned retail stores, malls, events, and community activations throughout assigned region and surrounding areas.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge sessions.
Reporting: Accurately track customer interactions, applications, and sales activity.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary education is considered an asset.
• Previous sales or customer facing experience is preferred, including retail, hospitality, promotions, fundraising, or direct sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching and speaking with customers.
• A professional, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a field sales team.
• Goal oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
• Ability to travel to assigned retail locations and events within assigned region and surrounding areas.
