Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience working on various brand of car. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of cars, focused on European cars.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
- Document all work performed accurately in service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed or completed
- Assist in assembling or disassembling parts using appropriate tools for complex repairs or replacements
Experience
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician with dealership or independent shop background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems including electrical systems and schematics understanding
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasks
- Knowledge of assembly processes for vehicle or machinery parts is desirable
Pay: $23.00-$50.00 per hour
