We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented procurement professional who’s ready to collaborate, innovate, and help build initiatives that truly make a difference.
In this role, you’ll be involved in exciting and strategic projects within the fire protection industry—a sector dedicated to saving lives and protecting property. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure end-to-end efficiency of procurement operations through accurate order placement and proactive follow-up
Review and analyze daily purchase orders to ensure compliance with negotiated agreements and purchasing terms
Support inventory management by ensuring adequate supply levels and product availability
Monitor and secure on-time delivery of parts in alignment with established lead times and operational requirements
Partner with the accounting team to support invoice processing and resolve pricing discrepancies
Streamline and optimize inter-warehouse transfer processes to improve logistics efficiency
Validate and confirm goods receipts across multiple systems (Reg, TZ, Shipper)
Success Factors:
Post‑secondary Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inside sales, or cross‑departmental customer service
Experience with an ERP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Methodical and well organized, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, showing rigor and initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
