Shape the Future of Commercial Property Management at Colliers Niagara
Colliers Niagara Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial property management division. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, provide financial and operational oversight, support team development, and work directly with the ownership team to drive the strategic growth of the division.
A minimum of three years' hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (Commercial Version 7/8) is required, with experience using CommercialCafe considered an asset. Strong accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our commercial property portfolio.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Yardi Voyager platform.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team.
- Oversee financial operations, including operating budgets and CAM reconciliations.
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems that improve efficiency and support growth.
- Lead initiatives to grow our commercial property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering with the Managing Partners to strengthen and grow the division.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (Commercial Version 7/8).
- CommercialCafe experience an asset.
- Leadership experience in commercial property management.
- 5+ years' experience in commercial property management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business management software.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
