We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hiring Windows Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves performing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Duties
- Clean windows of various sizes using hand tools, squeegees, and specialized cleaning solutions
- Operate power tools safely for window washing and related tasks
- Use heavy lifting techniques when handling ladders, scaffolding, or equipment necessary for high or hard-to-reach windows
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including the use of personal protective equipment
Skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and custodial practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Facilities maintenance knowledge is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
