We’re a growing, well-organized renovation company based in Durham Region specializing in high-quality residential and light commercial work. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable renovator who takes pride in clean, efficient work and wants to be part of a professional, low-drama team.
Duties
- Assist with and complete:
- Demo
- Framing
- Drywall + prep
- Paint/prime/mud
- Trim & finish carpentry
- Flooring installs
- tile
- Landscape and brick work
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow plans and scope clearly
- Strong communication
- Represent the company professionally with clients
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3–7 years renovation experience
- Can work independently without constant direction
- Shows up on time, every day
- takes pride in work
- Efficient building
- Valid driver’s license
Big plus:
- Finish carpentry skills
- Can read drawings
- Experience in kitchens/bathrooms/basement/landscape
- Problem-solving mindset
