Business Development Rep– Eastern Canada (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to support and grow our presence across Eastern Canada. This fully remote position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships virtually, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio across Eastern Canada
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, product demos, and client follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success)
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales (B2B required)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability
