We’re hiring for a full-time, permanent Associate role in our craft cannabis facility. This is a Monday to Friday position with a consistent schedule, so you know what your work week looks like.
This is not a retail role. It’s hands-on, entry-level work focused on teamwork, consistency, and helping get quality cannabis products ready behind the scenes.
If you’re dependable, have a positive attitude, and want a stable job where you can learn and grow, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
- Help produce, package, and prepare premium cannabis products
- Work with your hands and operate basic equipment (we’ll train you!)
- Follow documentation steps as part of the process (because we care about quality!)
- Support your teammates and keep things moving
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- You’re reliable — on time, every time
- You enjoy working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- You have a great attitude and are ready to work hard
- You're physically able to lift 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- You're 19+ and have reliable transportation
