Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Must have at least 3 years of flatbed industry experience
Duties
- Utilize phone systems to coordinate logistics and communicate with drivers
- Analyze shipping and receiving schedules to optimize efficiency
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to facilitate shipments
- Utilize Expert and Go motive systems for tracking and data entry
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Experience in freight dispatching or related field
- Knowledge of supply chain operations
- Proficiency in data entry and using various software systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,763.09-$76,365.87 per year
