The Role: Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume and multitasking environments. If you are comfortable using office technology and are dedicated to providing outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
The role is diverse and hands-on, requiring attention to detail and efficiency:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs quickly, and provide expert advice on all our services (shipping, printing, mailbox and other business solutions).
- Courier Shipping Operations: Accurately receive, process, and track courier packages (UPS, DHL, etc.). This includes professional and secure packing of items following established standards.
- Print Services: Manage the entire printing lifecycle from setting up and adjusting files to operating copiers, printers, fax machines and finishing equipment (binding, laminating).
- Mailbox Management: Accurately receive, sort and securely distribute mail and packages to customer mailboxes.
- Passport Photos: Taking passport and visa related photos and using dedicated software for processing.
- Sales & Finance: Process all sales transactions efficiently using the POS system (cash, debit/credit, cheque). Perform accurate daily cash and sales reconciliation (end-of-day close).
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, professional and organized workspace at all times.

- Physical Capacity: Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance).
Required Qualifications
- Technology Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and mobile OS (iOS and Android).
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or fast-paced transactional environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Suite familiarity).
- Bilingual proficiency: Ability to fluently speak and/or write Mandarin.
Position Details
- Job Type: 1 part-time, permanent
- Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
- Shifts will fall within the store operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (schedule subject to change based on business needs)
