An exciting opportunity has become available for those pursuing a career in the marine tourism industry. SpringTide Whale Watching & Eco Tours is seeking fully qualified and experienced Whale Watching Zodiac Skippers for our 2026 Whale Watching season.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Self-Guiding three-hour Whale Watching and Wildlife Tours from May to September
- Sharing knowledge of the local marine wildlife and surrounding coastline
- Responsibility for safety of passengers onboard
- Responsible for maintaining safety equipment and following safety practices set by SpringTide

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must have all the necessary Transport Canada requirements to drive a Zodiac commercially.
Previous commercial marine experience is required.
Certifications required:
- Med - A2/3 or DVS/SDVBS
- ROC-M
- Marine First Aid
- SVOP
