We have a current caseload of adults and children looking for SLP services in home, community, and school in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding communities that you would be taking over.
Snapshot of the role:-
Provide in-home, in-school, and community-based SLP assessments

Provide treatment plans and oversee CDA's per caseload
-
Deliver treatment plans for children and adults
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Complete documentation and reports
-

Registration and good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
-
Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
-
Completed Stage 1 TB Test
-
Valid Class G driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle and appropriate insurance
-
Comfort using technology (scanner/printer, digital tools, telepractice as needed)

Neuro-affirming and function based practices (or willingness to learn)

Based in
Sault Ste. Marie, ON, with opportunities to work in surrounding areas. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements may be available. Report writing, charting, billing is done at home office and assessment and treatment are done in person. Shared office space available in clinic.
