Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong background in patient care. This role involves providing therapeutic support, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child. The Therapist will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct therapy services to children in home setting
- Monitor and document progress through data collection and case management practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for patients.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in research activities as needed to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, school, therapeutic or clinical setting is essential.
- Familiarity with pediatric care, special education, and case management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to therapy practices.
- Experience in data collection methods for monitoring patient progress is beneficial.
- Background in school settings or related environments is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
