Apex Homes AI is a Winnipeg startup building AI housing sensors for First Nations and social communities. We need a student to assemble a quick working prototype using parts we already have. Looking for an electrical engineering or computer science student in Winnipeg for a paid one-day project this week.
Role Description
The job is simple:
Connect an ESP32-S3 board with three sensors — DHT22 temperature and humidity, ENS160 CO₂ and air quality, MQ-7 carbon monoxide. Load basic firmware so live readings show on screen. That is it. One day. Done.
Qualifications
- Experience with ESP32 or Arduino. You have wired sensors before. You are available this week in Winnipeg. The eletrical engineering or computer science student must be ready to begin work by friday as parts will be available by thursday 28th of May 2026
Pay
$100 CAD flat rate. E-transfer same day on completion.
