Position Overview
We are currently hiring Experienced Flat Roofers / Senior Flat Roofing Apprentices to join our growing commercial roofing division.
This role is ideal for roofers with strong experience in modified bitumen and Tremco systems who are comfortable working on occupied commercial buildings and professional job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair flat roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and Tremco). We mainly work on mod. bit. roof systems and Tremco systems.
- Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with building codes and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members, site supervisors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
- Deliver quality workmanship that meets manufacturer and project specifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience
- Proven experience torching modified bitumen membranes
- Experience installing Tremco systems
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid Working at Heights & WHMIS certifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-first mindset

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
