Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will play a key role in recruiting the best talent for our Canadian divisions by employing proactive sourcing strategies and resources, developing new, creative recruiting ideas as well as being part of a dynamic and supportive recruitment team. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or equivalent;
- 2 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role;
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn and various other candidate databases;
- Experience with targeted selection interview methods;
- Sound knowledge of market trends and best practices;
Integrity and confidentiality.
Your Work Schedule:
Schedule: 5/2 schedule (Monday to Friday); a combination of tele-working with presence at our offices in either Timmins, ON, Sudbury ON or Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to site may be required.
