About the Role
We are looking for careful and reliable Precision Production Technicians to support the assembly of small, detailed medical device components. This role requires steady hands, strong focus, and the ability to follow exact procedures in a clean, regulated production setting.
The work is hands-on and detail-heavy. The right people will be comfortable using small tools, working under magnification, and completing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and assemble small medical device parts using approved work instructions
- Use microscopes, cameras, tweezers, soldering tools, and other precision equipment
- Complete fine soldering, bonding, gluing, and small-part placement tasks
- Check parts and assemblies for defects, alignment, quality, and accuracy
- Follow production steps exactly as written without making process changes
- Record production and quality information clearly and accurately
- Prepare completed products for the next step in production or shipment
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow quality, safety, and regulatory procedures
- Assist with material handling when needed
- Complete other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Relevant Backgrounds

- Jewelry repair or watch repair
- Lab or bench technician work
- Small-part assembly requiring strong hand-eye coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, assembly line work, electronics, medical devices, or similar detailed work
- Comfort working with very small, fragile, or delicate parts
- Ability to use microscopes, small tools, soldering tools, or precision hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and patience with repetitive work
- Ability to follow written instructions exactly
- Comfort working in a structured environment with strict quality standards
- Post-secondary education in biotechnology, electronics, medical technology, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset
- Experience in an ISO 13485 or regulated production environment is an asset

Schedule: Full-time, with overtime as needed
Location: Markham, ON
Pay: $19.00 per hour
