We are seeking a dynamic, energitic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally with excellent communication skills.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Jane Software.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support office management duties such as supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative support.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints.
- Assisting patients to the treatment area when needed
- Assist Physiotherapists to implement patient treatment plans including modalities and instruction of therapeutic exercise.
- Communication with Physiotherapists
- Responsible for clinic cleaning duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
- MUST HAVE Jane software experience of 1 or 2 years or more in physio/ Medical clinic and must know Alberta WCB, MVA, EHC billing with excellent English communication skills.

- candidate with past experience in physio clinic is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience operating multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles such as physio or medical receptionist is preferred.
- Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits, Fax and making phone calls
- Greeting and facilitating clients, to in - clinic therapeutic care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with computer skills.
- Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development: minimum 2 years
- Willing to participate in learning therapeutic exercises to assist clients.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
