Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently while providing professional support to staff and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet clients and visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, letters, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Perform data entry and update company records and databases.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well organized.
- Assist with preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.
- Support management and other team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
